facilitators who run our programs is our greatest honour. It fulfills our mandate to empower, encourage and enlighten
youth to embrace self worth, confidence, leadership and their most authentic self so as to lead lives of true fulfilment and service. Currently we have certification for our Dymond Girls Self Esteem Mentorship Program and the other programs we are ready to deliver in-person or online. DYMOND
Dymond Girls is an eight workshop Self-Esteem Mentorship program designed to Empower, Encourage and Enlighten each participant to develop and protect her most important asset, her SELF-WORTH! Participants graduate from the program with certificates, Dymond Girl T-shirt, jewelry that will always remind them of their 'Dymond Girl journey and so much more.
Some of the workshop topics cover:
What is your Dymond Potential? (self-discovery of uniqueness)
Squad Goals (how to choose healthy friendships)
My Beauty DNA (discovering what makes me beautiful)
What Do I Look Like? (developing a healthy self-image)
Stop The Madness! (how to deal with depression and anxiety)
Vision Boarding (girls create "I AM Boards" to practice visualizing their future)
Workshops are designed for a maximum of 25 girls per program and are 1.5 - 2 hrs in-person, 1hr online. The program serves girls from fifth grade to grade twelve. COACH KING
KINGS Dream is our five day basketball leadership development program designed to Empower boys to Develop the leadership/life skills necessary to make healthy choices that will positively impact their education, their careers and their relationships.
Each workshop come from the acronym K.I.N.G.S which is:
Kindness (boys learn the leadership skill of teamwork through acts of kindness)
Intelligence (how to make educated decisions & think critically)
Nobility (learning how to do the right thing when no one is watching is key)
Greatness (how to go from good to great while learning the value of hard work)
Special (boys learn what makes them stand out of the crowd, their unique gift)
Workshops are designed for a maximum of 20 boys per program and are 1.5 hrs in duration. We serve boys from six grade to eighth (modified program for high school students). Our staff is mobile so we will come to your school, church, community center, correctional institution or reservation. $150 each person.

In every young boy there is a KING, a true leader waiting to emerge. We believe youth are looking for the guidance and opportunity to discover what kind of KING and leader he truly is. Our coaches impart fundamental principles that will give each young man the tools needed to discover and develop positive leadership skills needed to find success in school and their personal lives. Youth leave this program empowered with a new perspective on what the standard is when becoming a KING.

X-Factor is our newest program and it's CO-ED! The purpose of this program is to teach boys and girls how to develop RESILIENCE at an age where identities and self-acceptance are being formed and embraced both being extremely fragile. This program has been designed to Equip youth with the tools necessary to overcome adversity when it comes unexpectedly. Participants will be encouraged to learn healthy coping strategies to navigate through life's unexpected challenges and find their X-Factor.
Workshop topics cover:
Focus ((youth learn the art of keeping their eyes on the prize)
Goal Setting (connecting S.M.A.R.T. goals with a memory & emotion =
success)
Discipline (learning how to identify personal triggers will help in self-regulating )
Coping Strategies (intentional self-care & connecting with passions when
going through hard times is a skill that is taught in this workshop)
Motivation (how to keep the fire burning and re-ignite if necessary, when it dies

Resilience is the ability to recover from life's unexpected hardships while developing inner strength and coping skills. Today more than ever youth are struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and so much more. Many lack the skills to overcome limiting life hardships and as a result give up. Our goal with X-Factor Resiliency Program is to Empower & Equip youth to discover they have an X-Factor and when needed to overcome adversity they can and will WIN!
