“Empowering audiences & Leadership Teams to
is why I exist.”
Sherri was raised in the South Bronx and moved to Toronto, Canada where she continued to grow in a low-income area of the city, known as "The Jungle". She realized quickly the effects of poverty that she experienced in her life were not limited to a location in the world but instead a location in one's mentality. She became determined to find out what life had for her beyond her circumstances and began inspiring youth, women executives, & business professionals to embrace what she calls their 'Authentic Genius' after growing tired of seeing too many fall prey to their environmental circumstances. Her book The Metamorphosis A Dymond Story speaks of the various moments of transformations that changed her life.
For over twenty years Sherri has become a vibrant yet empathetic Speaker who empowers her audiences to leverage their authentic abilities as leaders to impact their organizations and teams to experience transformational success. She's seen as a "Dot Connector".
As CEO of her own organization and Business Development Director at a charitable organization, One Voice One Team Youth Leadership Organization, Sherri has learned how to bring engaging energy and passion to every role she has had the honour to serve in. As a huge advocate for leaders developing their authentic voice, she knows how critical that voice is when building an inclusive culture, improving career satisfaction, and inevitably increasing productivity.
Her high energy, humorous, transparent style of speaking and training lands in a way that inspires engaging teamwork and acts as a mirror making room for transformative change.
